Pride of Conquerors gives every creature you control +1/+1 until end of turn — or +2/+2 if you have the city's blessing — for two mana at instant speed, which is a legitimate alpha-strike finisher in wide token decks. It's a worse Overrun, but at bulk pricing it earns its slot in any deck that regularly attacks with ten or more bodies.

In Commander, Pride of Conquerors is a token-deck staple at the low end — it costs nothing to include, hits instant speed, and the city's blessing condition is met by turn four in nearly any wide strategy. In Modern and Pioneer, it sees fringe play in go-wide aggro shells where the city's blessing is easy to trigger and the two-mana cost fits under counter-magic range, though Trumpet Blast and Fortify compete in the same space. Legacy has better options at every turn, so Pride of Conquerors doesn't register there. Oathbreaker mirrors Commander's token-deck logic almost exactly — if your planeswalker is generating creatures, this is a viable finisher signature spell.

$0.08 bulk tier
At $0.08, Pride of Conquerors is pure bulk — grab a copy out of any common box without thinking twice. Bulk instant-speed pump rarely spikes unless it lands on a ban list or sees sudden competitive breakout, neither of which is in the cards here.
