Maestros Diabolist creates a Treasure on each attack with a creature that dealt combat damage — stackable, repeatable mana that snowballs fast in any aggressive shell. The real ceiling is Breath of Fury: chain enough combats, and a single Maestros Diabolist turn produces enough Treasures to fund anything you want post-combat. Goro-Goro and Satoru is the most natural home, where the Dragon token triggers compound the Treasure output turn after turn.

Goro-Goro and Satoru
Goro-Goro and Satoru generates Dragon tokens whenever you deal combat damage with a modified creature, and Maestros Diabolist turns every one of those damage triggers into a Treasure — the two abilities feed each other so efficiently that the deck can go from two lands to a full grip of mana in a single attack step.

Maestros Diabolist is a Commander card through and through — its value compounds over multiple turns in a multiplayer environment where opponents can't all answer it at once. In Legacy, Modern, and Pioneer it's legal but irrelevant; a three-mana 3/3 that rewards attacking over time has no competitive niche in formats that end games before the engine spins up. Oathbreaker gives it a slightly better frame if the planeswalker and signature spell synergize with combat, but even there it's niche. Stick to Commander.
