In Commander, Kaya's Guile is a staple in Orzhov and any black-white shell that cares about graveyard disruption or forced sacrifice — the flexibility to answer different threats at the same table makes it consistently useful in multiplayer. In Legacy, it sees fringe play as a sideboard option against graveyard decks and creature strategies, though the format's speed means five mana for Entwine is rarely realistic.
