Arlinn, Voice of the Pack

Commander is where Arlinn, Voice of the Pack actually lives — Wolf and Werewolf tribal decks have enough critical mass to make her anthem and token generation meaningful, and the singleton format means she's never redundant. In Modern and Pioneer she's simply too slow and too narrow; five mana on a planeswalker in those formats demands immediate game-closing pressure, and a Wolf anthem does not clear that bar. Legacy and Vintage have the same problem compounded by a format speed she cannot keep pace with. Oathbreaker is the one competitive-adjacent format where she's viable as a signature spell shell, but even there she's a niche pick.
