Abundant Growth costs one green mana, replaces itself immediately, and turns any land into a five-color fixer for the rest of the game — the math on that is just good. Preston Garvey, Minuteman pushes it further by treating the enchantment as a token trigger, making a card that was already pulling double duty into a three-for-one.
Best Commanders
Commanders with the highest synergy

Preston Garvey, Minuteman
Preston Garvey, Minuteman triggers on enchantments entering the battlefield under your control, so Abundant Growth becomes a one-mana spell that fixes your colors, replaces itself, and drops a Minuteman token — three lines of value stapled to a single card.

Estrid, the Masked
Estrid, the Masked untaps enchanted permanents with her plus ability, so Abundant Growth on a land that produces two or more mana turns into repeatable acceleration every turn cycle.

Tatsunari, Toad Rider
Tatsunari, Toad Rider cares about casting enchantments, and Abundant Growth is a one-mana cantripping enchantment that smooths out the Golgari color pip tension while triggering Tatsunari's Frog token on curve.

Dogmeat, Ever Loyal
Dogmeat, Ever Loyal's junk mechanic scales with auras and equipment, and Abundant Growth is an aura that costs nothing in card equity since it draws on entry — low-risk fodder for the graveyard engine.

Sythis, Harvest's Hand
Sythis, Harvest's Hand gains life and draws a card whenever an enchantment enters, so Abundant Growth effectively costs zero cards — it cantrips from Sythis and cantrips from its own text, making it one of the cleanest one-drops in the deck.

Commander is where Abundant Growth does its best work: the singleton rule puts a premium on redundant fixing, the cantrip means it never costs a card, and any enchantment-matters commander turns it into active value rather than a passive land patch. In Pauper it sees play in enchantress shells where the draw trigger chains into more enchantments, and the one-mana cost fits cleanly under Pauper's resource constraints. Legacy and Vintage have access to it but rarely need it — those formats have faster and more powerful fixing, so Abundant Growth is outclassed outside of dedicated enchantress strategies. It's not legal in Pioneer or Standard, which cuts off the widest casual audiences, but that doesn't matter much given how firmly it belongs in Commander and Pauper.

Current price
$0.22 bulk tier
At $0.22, Abundant Growth is deep bulk — grab a copy out of any common box or throw it in a cart as a filler card without thinking twice. The price is stable at this floor and isn't going anywhere meaningful in either direction.
