Toph, the First Metalbender makes Staff of Domination a creature, and Yavimaya, Cradle of Growth makes it a Forest — so tapping it for mana triggers Keeper of Progenitus, which refunds the used to untap it via Staff's first ability. Every loop costs
and nets one green mana, so the engine accelerates the moment any mana rock or creature is adding colorless. The table sees the loop close the instant Yavimaya hits the battlefield with the other three already assembled.

Gaea's Cradle doesn't replace Yavimaya here — Toph already animates Staff, and Yavimaya is the irreplaceable Forest-layer. If Keeper of Progenitus is unavailable, Guardian Project converts the infinite untap into infinite draw without the mana loop, but the combo loses its self-sustaining mana engine. Craterhoof Behemoth is the cleanest finisher once mana goes infinite, but Walking Ballista works for the colorless mana that accumulates alongside the green.
