Kenrith's 3U activated ability makes an opponent draw; Smothering Tithe triggers off that draw, and with both Adrix and Nev, Twincasters and Primal Vigor each doubling the token creation, a single draw trigger produces four Treasures instead of one — exactly enough to replay Kenrith's ability. The loop is self-funding but entirely conditional on opponents having empty pockets, so it collapses the moment any target pays the 2 mana toll.

Smothering Tithe into Kenrith is already a known soft-lock engine; the doubling layer here is the glue, so any removal on Adrix and Nev or the doubler breaks the loop immediately.
