Kenrith, the Returned King's draw ability costs 3U; each activation triggers Smothering Tithe, which Parallel Lives and Adrix and Nev, Twincasters stack to produce four Treasure tokens instead of one, netting exactly the 3U needed to loop again. The opponent draws until the library is gone, and any opponent who also can't pay the Tithe tax falls the same turn. This lives in 5-color Kenrith goodstuff lists that already run Smothering Tithe as a value piece and pick up the doublers as insurance.

Prerequisites

An opponent cannot pay for Smothering Tithe's trigger. Eventually the opponent will lose the game due to drawing from an empty library. You can repeat this loop with other opponents that also cannot pay for Smothering Tithe's trigger.

Steps

Any single token-doubler — Parallel Lives or Adrix and Nev, Twincasters alone — only produces two Treasures per trigger, which falls one mana short of looping; both doublers are required. Mondrak, Glory Dominus or Doubling Season can substitute for either doubler if already in the list. The combo mills but doesn't deal damage directly, so opponents with Thassa's Oracle in their own deck or a large enough hand can still interact on the stack before the last draw resolves.
