Kenrith, the Returned King's 3U ability makes an opponent draw; if that opponent can't pay Smothering Tithe's trigger, Mondrak doubles the resulting Treasure into two, and Goldspan Dragon converts those two sacrificed Treasures into 2UU — one blue more than the activation costs, making every loop free and then some. An opponent cannot pay for Smothering Tithe's trigger. Eventually the opponent will lose the game due to drawing from an empty library. You can repeat this loop with other opponents that also cannot pay for Smothering Tithe's trigger.

Steps

Activate Kenrith's fourth ability by paying , causing an opponent who cannot pay for Smothering Tithe's trigger to draw a card.
Smothering Tithe triggers, causing you to create two Treasure tokens due to Mondrak.
Activate the Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding due to Goldspan Dragon.

Mondrak is the most replaceable piece — Anointed Procession doubles the Treasure tokens identically and is harder to remove since it isn't a creature. The combo has no built-in protection: Kenrith needs to survive until the activation resolves, and any opponent who can pay the Smothering Tithe trigger breaks the chain immediately, so hold interaction before going for the kill.
