Rootha, Mercurial Artist + Jeska's Will + Storm-Kiln Artist + Winding Canyons
4-card combo · UR
Verdict
Yes — this 4-card loop uses Rootha's bounce ability to copy Jeska's Will infinitely, generating unbounded red mana and exiling your entire library to cast.

Storm-Kiln Artist converts each Jeska's Will cast and copy into Treasure, funding Rootha's 2-mana bounce activation that replays the whole chain. Winding Canyons is the enabler that lets Rootha enter at instant speed to hold priority after Jeska's Will resolves, keeping the loop tight. The combo requires an opponent with four or more cards in hand and a commander on-field to hit both Jeska's Will modes simultaneously — two conditions that aren't always guaranteed.

Result
Infinite LTB; Infinite ETB; Infinite storm count; Infinite red mana; Infinite magecraft triggers; Exile your library with the ability to play the exiled cards until end of turn
Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
The infinite storm count and magecraft triggers make Aetherflux Reservoir and Guttersnipe natural closers; the exiled library kill is the cleaner line if the board state supports it. Birgi, God of Storytelling can substitute for Storm-Kiln Artist as the mana engine since each spell cast refunds a red — but Birgi generates generic red rather than Treasures, narrowing the color flexibility. If Winding Canyons is unavailable, the loop still fires at sorcery speed on a turn where Rootha hasn't summoning-sick yet.
