Storm-Kiln Artist converts each Rootha activation — which copies Jeska's Will — into a Treasure, and the Jeska's Will copy adds at least 4 red that more than covers recasting Rootha at 1UR each iteration. The loop self-finances until the library is exiled, at which point all exiled cards are castable until end of turn.
