Storm-Kiln Artist funds the Rootha bounce: casting Jeska's Will creates a Treasure, Rootha taxes 2 to copy it, and the copy produces enough red to recast Rootha and start again. Raff Capashen, Ship's Mage is the enabler that lets the loop run at instant speed, which matters enormously — it means the kill is available on any player's end step, not just your main phase. Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Without Raff Capashen the loop is still functional but sorcery-speed, leaving it exposed to instant-speed interaction before the mana resolves. If the library exile isn't enough, Aetherflux Reservoir or Grapeshot closes the loop on infinite storm count — either closer fits cleanly into the Jeskai shell this combo lives in.
