Heidar, Rimewind Master + The One Ring
2-card combo · U
Verdict
No — this is a soft lock that survives only until someone removes Heidar at instant speed, not a winning combo.

Heidar, Rimewind Master bounces The One Ring back to hand each turn, letting it re-enter and re-trigger the protection-from-everything clause on the following turn. The lock requires four snow permanents in play, Heidar without summoning sickness, and four mana each upkeep to recast The One Ring — a recurring tax that assumes the table never interacts with a 3/3 on an open board. Mono-blue snow builds running Scrying Sheets and snow dual lands can hit the threshold, but this is a durability engine, not a combo win.

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Heidar's bounce ability works on any nonland permanent, so the same four-snow setup can loop any enters-the-battlefield effect in hand — pairing it with Spine of Ish Sah or a creature with a relevant ETB is a more proactive use of the engine. If the goal is pure protection lockout, Solitary Confinement or Teferi's Protection accomplish it without the four-mana-per-turn upkeep and the fragile 3/3 on the stack.
