Kenrith, the Returned King's 3U activated ability forces an opponent to draw; Smothering Tithe triggers on that draw, and Elspeth, Storm Slayer's replacement effect doubles each Treasure into two. Goldspan Dragon then makes each tapped Treasure produce an extra blue, turning the two Treasures into 2UU — enough to pay for the next Kenrith activation with change left over. The combo only functions against opponents who cannot or will not pay Smothering Tithe's 2 tax, so it's dead on arrival against any opponent holding two mana.

How it works

Prerequisites

An opponent cannot pay for Smothering Tithe's trigger. Eventually the opponent will lose the game due to drawing from an empty library. You can repeat this loop with other opponents that also cannot pay for Smothering Tithe's trigger.

Steps

Activate Kenrith's fourth ability by paying , causing an opponent who cannot pay for Smothering Tithe's trigger to draw a card.
Smothering Tithe triggers, causing you to create two Treasure tokens due to Elspeth, Storm Slayer.

Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines

The loop has no cleaner substitute — each of the four pieces is load-bearing. What can change is the closer: the combo mills opponents out through empty-library draws, but adding Thassa's Oracle or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries converts the self-mill pressure into a faster alternate win if drawing also refills your own library elsewhere in the line.
