Faerie Mastermind + Smothering Tithe + Krark-Clan Ironworks

Faerie Mastermind's activated ability forces a draw for every player; Smothering Tithe punishes each opponent who skips the 2-mana tax with a Treasure, netting at least three tokens per activation in a full pod. Krark-Clan Ironworks converts two of those Treasures into 4 colorless, and a third covers the 3 colorless portion of Faerie Mastermind's cost, with a spare blue sourced from the fourth Treasure to loop again. The combo lives in Alela, Artful Provocateur or Shorikai, Genesis Engine builds that already want Smothering Tithe as a value engine.

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
The loop collapses immediately if any opponent pays the Tithe trigger even once, so budget for that disruption — Grand Abolisher or City of Solitude protects the loop on your turn. Aetherflux Reservoir converts the infinite draw into a kill; without a payoff on board, the loop fills every hand at the table and ends when someone else wins from it.
