Steps

Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines

Viscera Seer or Altar of Dementia can sub in for Phyrexian Altar if infinite mana is less critical than infinite scry or infinite mill. Any non-Human creature already in the Nethroi deck fulfills the prerequisite — Nethroi itself demands a mutate target, so that slot is rarely empty. Pair the loop with Zulaport Cutthroat or Blood Artist as the kill; the death triggers are already infinite, and those creatures fall well within Nethroi's 10-power reanimation ceiling.
