Eternal Witness + Sevinne's Reclamation + Phyrexian Altar + Pitiless Plunderer + Sifter of Skulls
5-card combo · WBG
Verdict
Yes — this 5-card loop converts a single Sevinne's Reclamation into infinite mana, infinite death triggers, and infinite storm count in any Abzan shell that can assemble the pieces.

Sevinne's Reclamation returns Eternal Witness, which immediately retrieves Sevinne's Reclamation back to hand; sacrificing Eternal Witness to Phyrexian Altar pays the white for the next cast, while Pitiless Plunderer and Sifter of Skulls together generate a Treasure and an Eldrazi Scion each cycle to cover the remaining two mana. The combo asks nothing of the battlefield state beyond these five permanents and Sevinne's Reclamation starting in the graveyard or hand, which any Abzan reanimator or aristocrats commander — Karador, Ghost Chieftain, Nethroi, Apex of Death, or Tayam, Luminous Enigma — can arrange without strain.

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Pitiless Plunderer is the most replaceable piece — any effect that generates two mana worth of tokens on creature death, such as a second sacrifice outlet feeding Ashnod's Altar, covers the mana gap. Sifter of Skulls can be swapped for any other token-on-death producer if the Eldrazi subtype is irrelevant to the build. The loop generates infinite mana but no default kill; Altar of Dementia, Blood Artist, or Zulaport Cutthroat are the natural closers in the colors.
