Verdict

Yes — this 5-card loop generates infinite mana, infinite tokens, and infinite death triggers in any Abzan shell that can assemble the pieces.

Sevinne's Reclamation casts for 2W and returns Eternal Witness, which immediately retrieves Sevinne's Reclamation from the graveyard; Phyrexian Altar sacrifices the Witness for white mana to recast it next loop. Pitiless Plunderer and Pawn of Ulamog both trigger on the sacrifice, creating a Treasure and an Eldrazi Spawn respectively — the Spawn and Treasure together refund the 2W needed to loop, turning a self-contained five-piece engine into an infinite storm and token factory. The table sees Eternal Witness dying repeatedly at instant-speed threat, which means any graveyard hate or sac-outlet removal cuts the loop immediately.

Recipe

How it works

01

Prerequisites

02

Steps

  1. Cast Sevinne's Reclamation by paying {2}{W}, returning Eternal Witness to the battlefield.
  2. Eternal Witness enters the battlefield, returning Sevinne's Reclamation from your graveyard to your hand.
  3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Eternal Witness, adding {W}.
  4. Pitiless Plunderer and Pawn of Ulamog triggers.
  5. Resolve the Pitiless Plunderer, creating a Treasure token.
  6. Resolve the Pawn of Ulamog trigger, creating a 0/1 Eldrazi Spawn creature token.
  7. Activate a Treasure token by tapping and sacrificing it, adding one mana of any color.
  8. Activate Eldrazi Spawn by sacrificing it, adding {C}.
  9. Pitiless Plunderer triggers, creating a Treasure token.
  10. Repeat any number of times.
  11. Once you have infinite Treasure tokens, you may repeat this loop spending mana from Treasures instead of Eldrazi Spawns in step 8, giving you infinite Eldrazi Spawn tokens.

03

Result

Infinite colored mana; Infinite colorless mana; Infinite creature tokens with 0 power; Infinite death triggers; Infinite ETB; Infinite LTB; Infinite magecraft triggers; Infinite sacrifice triggers; Infinite storm count; Infinite Treasure tokens

Variations

Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines

Pitiless Plunderer can be replaced by any repeatable Treasure producer that triggers on creature death — Revel in Riches works as a payoff but not a loop enabler. The loop generates infinite storm count, so Aetherflux Reservoir closes the game immediately; Altar of Dementia mills the table with infinite sacrifices, and Blood Artist or Zulaport Cutthroat drains with the infinite death triggers without needing a separate spell.
