Phantom Steed + Time Stretch + Eternal Witness
3-card combo · GU
Verdict
Yes — this 3-card loop locks the table into infinite turns as long as Phantom Steed connects every combat.

Phantom Steed's attack trigger creates a tapped, attacking token copy of Eternal Witness, which enters the battlefield and returns Time Stretch from the graveyard to hand. Cast Time Stretch, take two extra turns, attack again, repeat — the table never untaps. The whole engine lives in Simic, so Selvala, Heart of the Wilds or Chulane, Teller of Tales shells that already run Eternal Witness as recursion find the combo natural fits.

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
The hard dependency is unblocked combat damage, so evasion redundancy matters — Rogue's Passage or Aqueous Form guarantee Phantom Steed connects if opponents develop blockers. Strionic Resonator can copy Phantom Steed's triggered ability, but that's a redundant path rather than a replacement. If Time Stretch is the only extra-turn spell, Capture of Jingzhou or Temporal Manipulation serve as direct swaps without changing the loop's structure.
