Nethroi, Apex of Death mutates onto any non-Human creature and immediately gets sacrificed to Thermopod before its enter-the-battlefield trigger resolves, then that trigger returns Eternal Witness and Mitotic Slime from the graveyard. Eternal Witness recovers Nethroi to hand, Mitotic Slime spawns a cascade of Ooze tokens through Thermopod and Pitiless Plunderer, and the Treasures generated cover Nethroi's mutate cost of 4GW/BBB to restart the loop. The combo lives in Nethroi mutation shells that already run Eternal Witness as a staple, so three of the five pieces come standard.

Steps

Cast Nethroi for its mutate cost by paying , putting it on top of a non-Human creature you control.
When Nethroi enters the battlefield, it triggers.
Holding priority, activate Thermopod's second ability by sacrificing Nethroi, adding .

Variations

Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines

Pitiless Plunderer is the hardest piece to replace — without it, the Treasures don't accumulate fast enough to replay Nethroi each loop. Any sac outlet that produces mana can substitute for Thermopod, but it needs to produce at least the colors Treasures can't cover on their own. If Mitotic Slime is unavailable, any creature that creates two tokens on death and costs low enough to recur through Nethroi's trigger can stand in — Wurmcoil Engine fits the role.
