Nethroi, Apex of Death is both the engine and its own recurrence: Woe Strider sacrifices it before the mutate trigger resolves, Pitiless Plunderer converts the death into a Treasure, and Eternal Witness returns Nethroi to hand when it enters off the trigger. Steps

Cast Nethroi either from your hand or from the command zone for its mutate cost by paying plus commander tax, if applicable, putting it on top of a non-Human creature you control.
When Nethroi enters the battlefield, it triggers.

When Nethroi dies, Pitiless Plunderer triggers, creating a Treasure artifact token.

Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines

The combo requires all five pieces assembled, and commander tax accumulates if Nethroi is recurred from the command zone instead of hand — Eternal Witness handles that, but any exile-based removal on Nethroi collapses the loop entirely. In Nethroi shells that already run the mutate package, Cauldron Familiar plus Ashnod's Altar can serve as a simpler death-trigger sink, but nothing else in Abzan replaces Mitotic Slime's self-replacing token generation here — it is not a flex slot.
