Naru Meha, Master Wizard + Emiel the Blessed + Jeska's Will
3-card combo · RGWU
Verdict
Yes — this 3-card loop exiles your library and generates infinite red mana as long as an opponent is holding cards.

Jeska's Will is on the stack; Emiel blinks Naru Meha before it resolves, and Naru Meha's enters-the-battlefield trigger copies the spell. Each copy produces red mana equal to an opponent's hand size, funding the next Emiel activation at 3. The loop lives in RGWU shells — Riku of Two Reflections, Yidris, Maelstrom Wielder, or any four-color pile that already wants Jeska's Will as ramp.

Exile your library; Infinite blinking; Infinite ETB; Infinite LTB; Infinite magecraft triggers; Infinite red mana; Exile your library with the ability to play the exiled cards until end of turn
Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
The minimum to go infinite is four cards in an opponent's hand; at exactly three the loop is mana-neutral, not positive, so time this for mid-game when hands are full. Once the library is exiled, the built-in play-until-end-of-turn clause on Jeska's Will closes the game without a separate kill card — Naru Meha's magecraft triggers are the bonus, not the point.
