Prerequisites

An opponent cannot pay for Smothering Tithe's trigger. Eventually the opponent will lose the game due to drawing from an empty library. You can repeat this loop with other opponents that also cannot pay for Smothering Tithe's trigger.

Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines

Smothering Tithe's token doubling can also be achieved with a single doubler like Mondrak, Glory Dominus or Anointed Procession instead of stacking both Elspeth and Exalted Sunborn, though that trades two slots for one. There is no built-in kill condition beyond decking — Kenrith's other activated abilities can spend the infinite Treasures to drain life at per trigger if the draw loop is interrupted or an opponent simply cannot be decked before another player wins.
