Extus, Oriq Overlord's back-face trigger is the engine: every time a nontoken creature dies, it recurs a nonlegendary creature from the graveyard. Phyrexian Altar sacrifices the freshly cast Dualcaster Mage back to red mana, Extus returns it to hand, and each Dualcaster Mage copy of Jeska's Will refunds at least 3 red mana — enough to keep the loop running as long as the targeted opponent holds three cards. The table sees a Jeska's Will cast, then a split-second window before Dualcaster Mage hits the stack; counterspell timing is tight.
