Samut, the Driving Force gives Sensei's Divining Top haste, enabling the zero-mana cast that triggers Displacer Kitten; Kitten blinks The One Ring, resetting its burden counters and turning it into a fresh draw engine every iteration. Each pass through the loop is a zero-mana Top cast, a blink, a Top activation to return itself, and a Ring tap to redraw it — the storm count climbs with every cycle at no mana cost.

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
The combo draws the library but still needs a closer — Thassa's Oracle is the cleanest kill once cards are exhausted, and Aetherflux Reservoir converts the storm count into lethal damage mid-loop. Swapping The One Ring for another draw-one permanent that Kitten can exploit is possible in theory, but The One Ring's combination of card advantage and reset on blink makes it the tightest fit for this line.
