Samut, the Driving Force gives every creature you control vigilance and haste — the two keywords that most aggressively convert a board state into both an attack and a defense on the same turn. The cost is a six-mana creature with no built-in protection, which means it sits in the range where something like Sprout Swarm can generate enough fodder to matter, but Samut herself dies to any unconditional removal before the triggers pay off.

Samut, the Driving Force sees essentially zero play in constructed formats — six mana for a static anthem effect is too slow for Legacy, Modern, or Pioneer, where games end before a six-drop changes the math. Standard is technically legal but the effect doesn't close games fast enough to compete with cheaper threats. Commander is the correct home: the long game, token-generating commanders, and tap-heavy synergy packages all reward the vigilance-plus-haste combination, and Samut, the Driving Force has a real niche in go-wide builds that want to swing and leave up blockers simultaneously.
