Chromatic Orrery is the prerequisite that makes the colored mana relevant beyond black — it lets any color fuel Pemmin's Aura's untap, so the loop doesn't collapse if the mana pool drifts. The table sees a four-permanent board state tick toward an arbitrarily large storm count and magecraft triggers.

Pemmin's Aura can swap for Freed from the Real, which does the same untap for 1 blue and is harder to remove since it's also an aura.
