4-card combo · WUBR
Verdict
Yes — this 4-card loop generates near-infinite storm count, looting, and black mana by bouncing Warden of the Eye between two spells.

Displacer Kitten blinks Warden of the Eye on every noncreature spell cast; Warden's ETB alternates between fetching Dark Ritual and Frantic Search from the graveyard, locking the two spells into a self-sustaining loop. Frantic Search untaps the lands that paid for it and draws two, while Dark Ritual keeps feeding back into the chain — the whole engine runs on three blue-producing lands and nothing else on the stack.

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Warden of the Eye is the hardest piece to replace since it retrieves both halves of the loop; Archaeomancer or Izzet Chronarch can substitute but require a creature ETB trigger rather than a general spell trigger, which changes what commanders can run this. Aetherflux Reservoir is the natural closer given the storm count, though Thassa's Oracle closes faster if the looping mills the library deep enough.
