Yes — this 4-card loop generates near-infinite storm count, looting, and black mana off a Displacer Kitten blink chain that bounces between Frantic Search and Dark Ritual.

Displacer Kitten triggers on every noncreature spell, blinking Revolutionist each time; Revolutionist's ETB returns whichever half of the engine just resolved to hand. Dark Ritual funds Frantic Search, Frantic Search untaps the lands and refills your hand, and the loop feeds itself indefinitely. The combo lives in Grixis storm and spellslinger shells — any commander that already wants Displacer Kitten and cantrips slots this in with minimal friction.

Result

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Snap replaces Frantic Search if the deck wants a hard counterspell that also untaps two lands; the math on covering Dark Ritual's cost still works with three blue-producing lands. Revolutionist is the narrow piece here — there's no clean swap since it's doing double duty as both recursion targets' retrieval engine, so protect it. Once the loop is running, Grapeshot or Aetherflux Reservoir closes the game; the combo is the engine, the kill is on the pilot.
