Verdict

Yes — this 5-piece loop turns Tyvar Kell's emblem into an infinite draw engine that runs on a single green mana per cycle.

Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider doubles Tyvar Kell's loyalty counters on entry, letting him enter with six and immediately cash out his ultimate to generate the emblem. From there, Cloudstone Curio bounces Llanowar Elves and Elvish Mystic back and forth — each cast triggers the emblem for two cards and haste, and each taps for the green mana to recast the other. The table sees a Tyvar dying the same turn he enters, then a two-Elf ping-pong that draws the entire deck.

Steps

  1. Cast Tyvar by paying {2}{G}{G}, which enters with six loyalty counters due to Vorinclex.
  2. Activate Tyvar's third loyalty ability by removing six loyalty counters from it.
  3. Tyvar dies as a state-based action due to having zero loyalty.
  4. Resolve the Tyvar ability, causing you to get an emblem.
  5. Cast Elvish Mystic by paying {G}.
  6. Tyvar's emblem triggers, causing the Elvish Mystic spell to gain haste, and you to draw two cards.
  7. Elvish Mystic enters the battlefield, triggering Cloudstone Curio, returning Llanowar Elves from the battlefield to your hand.
  8. Activate Elvish Mystic by tapping it, adding {G}.
  9. Cast Llanowar Elves by paying {G}.
  10. Tyvar's emblem triggers, causing the Llanowar Elves spell to gain haste, and you to draw two cards.
  11. Llanowar Elves enters the battlefield, triggering Cloudstone Curio, returning Elvish Mystic from the battlefield to your hand.

Variations

Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines

Any two one-mana green Elves with tap-for-mana work in the Llanowar Elves and Elvish Mystic slots — Fyndhorn Elves or Heritage Druid fit without changing the math. The loop draws the library but doesn't win alone; pair it with a Walking Ballista or Craterhoof Behemoth already in hand or fetched off the draw to close the game. Without Vorinclex in play, Tyvar needs six loyalty some other way — Doubling Season is the cleanest replacement.
