Wirewood Channeler taps for five or more green with enough Elves present; Wirewood Symbiote bounces Llanowar Elves to untap it, then Emiel the Blessed blinks the Symbiote back into play for 3 mana, resetting the whole chain. The net cost is one green to recast Llanowar Elves each loop, leaving a surplus of mana that compounds with every additional Elf on the battlefield.

Recipe

How it works

01

Prerequisites

Wirewood Channeler does not have summoning sickness. You control at least five Elves.

02

Steps

  1. Activate Wirewood Channeler by tapping it, adding at least {G}{G}{G}{G}{G}.
  2. Activate Wirewood Symbiote by returning Llanowar Elves from the battlefield to your hand, untapping Wirewood Channeler.
  3. Activate Emiel by paying {3}, blinking Wirewood Symbiote.
  4. Cast Llanowar Elves by paying {G}.
  5. Repeat.

03

Result

Infinite blinking; Infinite colored mana; Infinite ETB; Infinite LTB; Infinite storm count

Variations

Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines

Any one-mana Elf replaces Llanowar Elves as the bounce target — Elvish Mystic, Fyndhorn Elves, or any comparable body works identically. The loop produces mana and ETB triggers but needs a payoff to close; Ezuri, Renegade Leader converts the mana into a lethal pump, and Shaman of the Pack drains the table off the ETB chain.
