God-Eternal Kefnet + Isochron Scepter + Brainstorm + Time Warp

Verdict
Yes — this 4-card line grants infinite turns in mono-blue by chaining Isochron Scepter, God-Eternal Kefnet, and two instants into a perpetual extra-turn loop.

Isochron Scepter imprints Brainstorm; each activation at the end step before your turn lets you stack Time Warp on top. God-Eternal Kefnet then triggers on your draw step, letting you cast a copy of Time Warp for 1UU — the original stays on top, and the loop restarts next turn. The table sees a Kefnet in play and a Scepter imprinting Brainstorm and should read the lock immediately.

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Temporal Manipulation and Capture of Jingzhou are direct Time Warp replacements for the same effect at the same cost. Mystical Tutor or Merchant Scroll find Brainstorm to complete the imprint half; Whir of Invention and Fabricate find the Scepter. The combo requires Kefnet to survive — blue interaction protection like Counterspell or Arcane Denial matters more here than in most lines.
