Fluctuator reduces Remote Isle's cycling cost to zero; each cycle triggers Bone Miser for two black mana, Escape Protocol to blink Eternal Witness for one, and Remote Isle's draw trigger to replace itself. Eternal Witness's ETB returns Remote Isle from the graveyard to hand, resetting the loop. The combo lives in Sultai cycling shells — Gavi, Nest Warden misses on color, but Aesi, Tyrant of Gyre Strait or a Nethroi, Apex of Death build that already wants Bone Miser and Eternal Witness is the natural home.

Variations

Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines

Any land with a zero-cost cycling outlet under Fluctuator can replace Remote Isle — Barren Moor or Lonely Sandbar serve the same function if the Isle is exiled. The loop produces infinite black mana and draws but needs a payoff: Thassa's Oracle closes immediately on infinite draw, or drain the table with Sunscorched Desert if a cycling-damage package is already in the 99.
