Escape Protocol + Fluctuator + Bone Miser + Eternal Witness + Sheltered Thicket
5-card combo · UBRG
Verdict
Yes — this 5-card loop produces infinite black mana, infinite card draw, and infinite ETB triggers as long as all pieces stay on the battlefield.

Fluctuator reduces Sheltered Thicket's cycling cost to zero, letting Bone Miser generate two black mana on each cycle while Escape Protocol pays one of it to blink Eternal Witness, who returns Sheltered Thicket to hand and restarts the loop. The five-piece requirement is the real cost here — Escape Protocol, Fluctuator, Bone Miser, Eternal Witness, and Sheltered Thicket all need to be in place simultaneously, making this an assembling-the-pieces problem more than a power problem.

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Any cycling land that produces at least one mana through Bone Miser's discard trigger can replace Sheltered Thicket in a pinch, but Sheltered Thicket is the cleanest two-color option that zeroes out with Fluctuator. The loop generates infinite black mana but not the colors needed for most closers outside black — pair it with Exsanguinate or Torment of Hailfire to cash out, or lean on the infinite ETB triggers with a Gray Merchant of Asphodel already on board.
