Future Sight lets Sensei's Divining Top be cast from the top of the library after its own draw ability puts it there; Birds of Paradise provides the 1 mana each iteration, and Valley Floodcaller untaps it with every Top cast. The loop only costs assembling four permanents, but the payoff is every card in the library with near-infinite storm count alongside it.

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Birchlore Rangers or any creature producing green or blue can replace Birds of Paradise as the mana engine. The combo draws everything but doesn't kill on its own — finish with Thassa's Oracle, Tidespout Tyrant, or Lab Maniac once the library empties; Valley Floodcaller's pump is incidental unless the deck runs enough Birds, Otters, Frogs, and Rats to end combat.
