Extus, Oriq Overlord is the engine: every time a spell causes a creature to die, Extus returns a nonlegendary creature from the graveyard to hand. Casting Jeska's Will with an opponent holding three or more cards, then flashing in Dualcaster Mage mid-stack and immediately sacrificing it to Ashnod's Altar, loops both the copy trigger and the Extus trigger simultaneously. Each iteration produces at least three red from the copied Jeska's Will plus two colorless from the Altar, nets infinite magecraft triggers, and eventually strips the library of every castable card.

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Strionic Resonator copying the Extus trigger is a tighter single-card interaction if Ashnod's Altar is removed, though it requires its own mana investment each iteration. Culling Dais or Phyrexian Altar can substitute for Ashnod's Altar in sacrifice duty; the loop demands any outlet that generates mana on death, not necessarily colorless. For the kill, infinite mana into Torment of Hailfire or simply casting everything off the exiled library with a damage outlet closes the game — the engine itself doesn't win without a payoff already in the 99.
