Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines

The loop collapses the moment a single opponent pays 2 for Smothering Tithe's trigger, so it is softer at tables running lots of mana rocks or treasure of their own. Parallel Lives or Doubling Season can substitute for Adrix and Nev if token doubling is already in the list, though they require Smothering Tithe to trigger at least four times per cycle to go net-positive. Pair the infinite draw with Thassa's Oracle or Laboratory Maniac as the closer — the loop mills libraries, not life totals.
