The cost is real: he's a three-mana 3/2 who does nothing the turn he arrives, and any bounce or removal before your attack step wipes the whole payoff, but Breath of Fury loops and Three Dog, Galaxy News DJ anthem effects make the ceiling high enough that the fragility is worth accepting.
