Thornwatch Scarecrow is a six-mana 3/3 that gives all your Scarecrows and green and white creatures vigilance and wither — a narrow anthem effect stapled to a mediocre body at a cost that demands a dedicated tribal shell to justify. Outside of Scarecrow synergy decks, it does nothing that cheaper, more flexible cards don't do better.

Thornwatch Scarecrow is legal in Commander, Legacy, Modern, Vintage, Pauper, and Oathbreaker, but sees essentially zero play across all of them. In Commander, the only home is a Reaper King Scarecrow tribal build, where the wither anthem has marginal offensive value alongside the commander's destruction triggers. In Pauper it's legal but unplayable — six mana for a 3/3 with conditional keywords doesn't compete. Legacy and Vintage have no interest in it whatsoever.
