Strixhaven Stadium wins the game outright once it accumulates ten study counters — deal damage to an opponent, put a counter on it, and at ten counters every opponent loses. Felix Five-Boots turns that counter clock into a sprint, since his quintuple-triggers on extra-combat damage can stack five counters in a single swing.

Felix Five-Boots
Felix Five-Boots's triggered ability fires five times off a single instance of combat damage, which means one unblocked attacker can slam Strixhaven Stadium from zero to five counters in a turn — halfway to the win condition before opponents react.

Ramses, Assassin Lord
Ramses, Assassin Lord wins on the spot if an opponent dies to combat damage from an Assassin, and Strixhaven Stadium gives the deck a parallel kill condition that doesn't depend on getting Assassins through — relevant insurance when blockers show up.

Ovika, Enigma Goliath
Ovika, Enigma Goliath floods the board with Goblin tokens whenever noncreature spells resolve, and those tokens are free damage vectors to tick up Strixhaven Stadium turn after turn without committing real resources to the attack step.

Strixhaven Stadium is a Commander card through and through — the ten-counter threshold is sized for a four-player table where you're dealing damage to multiple opponents simultaneously, accelerating the clock in ways a two-player game rarely allows. In Modern and Pioneer it's legal but essentially unplayed; slower win conditions without interactive upside don't compete with the existing threats in those formats. Legacy and Vintage have no use for it. Commander is the only context where the card earns its slot, and even there it needs the right commander to avoid being a slow-rolling blank.

$0.28 bulk tier
At $0.28, Strixhaven Stadium is bulk — low financial risk, and you're not going to feel it if the deck cuts it. Bulk enchantments without broad cross-format demand rarely appreciate, so treat it as a cheap experiment rather than a long-term hold.
