Samut, Tyrant Smasher does two things at once: it grants haste to every creature you control and pumps them each time you cycle or discard, making it a passive engine that demands an answer the turn it lands. The cost — three mana for a planeswalker that can't protect itself — is real, but the haste grant alone justifies the slot in any deck that cares about creatures entering and attacking immediately, and Breath of Fury turns that into an infinite combat loop the moment you have a token to spare.
