In Commander, Run Over earns its slot in any deck that wants graveyard fuel alongside interaction — the mill-three rider is a real bonus, not flavor text, and instant speed matters when you're passing priority at a four-player table. In competitive 60-card formats like Modern and Pioneer, three mana for a removal spell is a steep ask when Fatal Push and Leyline Binding exist; Run Over won't see serious play there.
