In a four-player game, targeting the most threatening opponent's board for six mana is a reasonable rate, and the spell scales up sharply in any deck that can copy or recur it. In 60-card formats — Legacy, Modern, Pioneer, Standard — it's legal but essentially unplayed; six mana to bounce one player's permanents is far too slow when games end on turns four or five and opponents aren't accumulating sprawling boards.
