Riku of Two Reflections

Legendary Creature — Human Wizard

Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, you may pay {U}{R}. If you do, copy that spell. You may choose new targets for the copy.
Whenever another nontoken creature you control enters, you may pay {G}{U}. If you do, create a token that's a copy of that creature.

Riku of Two Reflections card art
Riku of Two Reflections doubles your best spells and creatures for two mana each, turning a single Biovisionary into a four-copy win condition or a single Craterhoof Behemoth into two on the same turn. The five-mana cost and three-color requirement are real friction, but the ceiling on any copy-heavy shell is high enough that the setup cost pays off.

Commander is where Riku of Two Reflections lives — the 100-card singleton format rewards his ability to copy nontoken creatures and instants or sorceries, since every powerful spell is a one-of and doubling it is pure card advantage. In Legacy and Vintage he's technically legal but never played; five mana for a fragile legendary do-nothing-on-entry creature doesn't compete in formats where the game ends on turn one or two. Oathbreaker is the one non-Commander 60-card-adjacent format where a copy-doubling planeswalker shell could theoretically support him, but the pool of viable signatures is narrow.
