Relearn returns any sorcery or instant from your graveyard to your hand — two mana to rebuy whatever you need most. Outside of dedicated spellslinger builds like Tetsuo, Imperial Champion, it loses the competition to Snapcaster Mage and Flood of Recollection on rate, but in the decks that want it, it does the job cleanly.
