Pollenbright Wings lives almost exclusively in Commander, where games go long enough for token accumulation to matter and enchantment synergy commanders give it a real home. In Legacy and Vintage it's technically legal but thoroughly outclassed — four mana for a creature enchantment that doesn't immediately win the game doesn't compete at those speeds. Modern is the same story: the effect is too slow and too fragile to two-for-one removal. Commander is the correct and essentially only format for Pollenbright Wings.
