One with the Stars turns any permanent into a do-nothing enchantment — no abilities, no triggered text, no combat participation — at instant speed for two mana. It's the cleanest answer to commanders like Devoted Druid that abuse activated abilities, and it answers any permanent type in a single card.
Format Analysis

Commander is where One with the Stars earns its slot: instant-speed, permanent-type-agnostic removal that neuters a commander without sending it to the command zone is genuinely rare, and the enchantment subtype matters for constellation and Aura-synergy builds. In Modern and Pioneer the competition is stiff — Path to Exile, Prismatic Ending, and Leyline Binding all answer the board more decisively, so One with the Stars is mostly a fringe option there. Legacy and Vintage move too fast for a two-mana do-nothing effect to matter. Oathbreaker mirrors Commander's appeal, just in a faster, smaller game.

$0.13 bulk tier
At $0.13, One with the Stars is deep bulk — you'll find copies in any commons box or as throw-ins. Bulk enchantments rarely climb unless a commander breaks them into the spotlight, so don't expect movement, but at this price there's no reason not to pick up a copy.
