Commander is where Officious Interrogation does its best work — three opponents means three Clues, and the card scales cleanly with table size in a way no sixty-card format can replicate. In Standard and Pioneer it's a fringe piece in artifact-token or Clue-matters builds, but the single-target context makes the three-mana cost feel steep for what is effectively one Clue. Modern has faster ways to generate artifacts and Legacy has no interest. Officious Interrogation is a Commander card that happens to be legal elsewhere.
