Najal, the Storm Runner lets you copy any instant or sorcery you cast for two mana, and that trigger stacks every time — the ceiling on a single turn includes copying something like Worldfire to end the game on the spot. Six mana for a 5/4 with haste is the real cost: you need to protect it and have the mana open to actually use the ability.

Commander is where Najal, the Storm Runner actually lives — a six-mana legendary with a build-around activated ability isn't competing in Legacy or Modern, where the card would rot in hand before it mattered.
