Minion Reflector
Artifact
Whenever a nontoken creature you control enters, you may pay . If you do, create a token that's a copy of that creature, except it has haste and "At the beginning of the end step, sacrifice this permanent."

Minion Reflector enters play and immediately doubles any creature you cast for the rest of the turn — the copy enters with haste, swings, then dies at end of turn, but the damage and triggers it generated are real. The two-mana activation cost per creature is the tax, and in the right shell it's trivial compared to the payoff; Worldgorger Dragon loops and The Master, Multiplied token chains are exactly the kind of engines that make that cost irrelevant.

The Master, Multiplied
The Master, Multiplied generates a copy of itself whenever a nontoken creature ETBs, and Minion Reflector turns every creature cast into two triggers — the original and its haste-enabled duplicate both fire the Doctor's ability, snowballing a board of tokens faster than opponents can answer.
Format Analysis
Where it lives, where it can’t
| Format | Verdict |
|---|---|
| commander | legal |
| legacy | legal |
| modern | legal |
| pioneer | not legal |
| standard | not legal |
| vintage | legal |
| pauper | not legal |
| oathbreaker | legal |
Minion Reflector is legal in Commander, Legacy, Modern, Vintage, and Oathbreaker, but in practice it only shows up in Commander, where the singleton format and slower pace give you time to set up a five-mana artifact and pay two per creature. In Legacy and Modern, that setup cost is a death sentence against anything proactive — you'd never sleeve this in a competitive 60-card shell. Commander is where Minion Reflector actually lives: multiplayer games drag long enough that the artifact pays for itself in a single explosive turn, especially in ETB-heavy or combo-adjacent builds where haste on the copy closes games or enables loops.

Current price
$1.93 cheap tier
At $1.93, Minion Reflector sits in the cheap tier — low enough that the barrier to entry is essentially zero for anyone building around it. Demand is narrow but stable; it won't spike without a new combo-friendly commander printing, so the price is unlikely to move dramatically in either direction.
